Booking and Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are essential to our massage therapists. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice of cancellations.

Cancelling your appointment without giving enough notice, would cause us to miss the opportunity to find or take other customers to fill that appointment time. Request bookings will be confirmed within 24-48 hours. Failure to notify us within the given time frame, cancellation fees may apply.

• Within 24 hours notice of cancellation- 50% of the service amount

• "NO SHOW" -100% of the service price 

• 1-2 hrs before appointment notice of cancellation - 100% of the service price

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby customers of any availability as well as keeping our team member's scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
